Douglas E. Oglesby is the owner of You Call We Haul and Simple Estate Solutions, serving the Camp Hill, PA area. With a background in auto finance from 1995 to 2022, Doug transitioned into estate solutions in 2012, purchasing his first investment home. The overwhelming demand for assistance with property contents and labor led him to specialize in estate cleanouts and junk removal.

In 2024, recognizing the connection between his existing services and the needs of the community, Doug acquired You Call We Haul. This expansion allowed him to offer comprehensive solutions for downsizing, estate transitions, and property cleanouts, providing clients with a trusted partner during significant life changes.

Doug’s businesses focus on removing unwanted items, including furniture, appliances, and general clutter, with an emphasis on donating and recycling whenever possible. This approach not only helps clients declutter their spaces but also supports environmental sustainability.

In September 2024, You Call We Haul entered a new chapter when Doug Oglesby took the reins. Doug saw incredible potential in the company—not only as a thriving local service but as a natural fit for his other business, Simple Estate Solutions. Simple Estate Solutions specializes in house flipping and helps families and seniors through major life transitions, like downsizing and moving to assisted living. Through that work, Doug saw the unique challenge of clearing out homes and managing items left behind.

Now with You Call We Haul, Doug and his team can go further for clients who need dependable junk removal and cleanout support.
